As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, NICE is committed to education and stewardship through its mission to prepare communities with skills that place
value on ecologically sound practices based on the integration of both ancient and new knowledge.
The goal of the Social Business Initiative Fund (SBIF) is to help support (providing personal coaching, remedial education and peer encouragement) to small business owners who desire to create social enterprises. Economist and Nobel Peace Prize Laureate Dr. Muhammad Yunus has advanced this “Service” based community development methodology around the world.
NICE and its strategic partners uniquely combine real estate, financial and corporate expertise, providing the resources required to execute complex real estate and related transactions across product, geographic, and industry boundaries. Key professional services include implementing Grameen Foundation’s business plan with vocational and social economic training. The core feature of the strategy is strong civic engagement and service
component, which will provide for long‐term intergenerational resident participation.
